Pale yellow-green, silver reflections, fine mousse. Delicate cookie, a hint of yellow peach, fresh apple touch, mineral undertones, some lime zest. Firm, pithy, tightly woven, integrated apple, finesse-rich acidity, very good persistence, shows length and certain ageing potential. The ideal image of a chalky, mineral Blanc de Blancs.(L208492).
