Tasting from 12.11.2021: Anne Krebiehl

The nose opens with salty, almost miso-like savouriness. With air a real sense of ripe Mirabelle comes through. The palate is rich and fresh and quite a few notches up from your normal brut sans année. A lovely autolytic depth, elegant foam and real savouriness pervade this. Bravo.
