Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, lively mousse. Nuances of fresh bright cherries, greengage, white flowers, fine pastry, a slither of fruit cake and orange marmalade. On the palate powerful, fine nougat, textured and round, fine acidity, mineral structure, discreet fruit expression, a hint of smoky bacon with mocha and caramel on the finish. A wonderful, complex food wine, already very gluggable; salty, textured and very long but nevertheless incredibly light-footed and exhilarating.
