Tasting Notes
Medium salmon pink with silver and gold reflections, and a fine, delicate mousse. Hints of red fruits of the forest, nuances of almond cake, subtle herbal savouriness, smoky minerality, and subtle herbs. Juicy, complex, delicate strawberry, verbena, mint and lemon balm. The wine has fine acidity, is compact and long, mineral and substantial. It is very youthful and complex, with limes in the finish. Perfect to drink now but has more years ahead. (11/5/2023).
