Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with silver reflections and a delicate mousse. Elegant notes of ripe yellow tropical fruit, a hint of vanilla and light caramel on the nose makes for an inviting bouquet. Juicy and similarly elegant on the palate with a fruity-sweet core, fine acidity and waves of ripe yellow apple and blossom honey on the finish. A full-bodied food companion with length and certain ageing potential. (Disgorged 01/23, PM).
