Medium greenish yellow, fine, persistent mousse. Fresh pear fruit underlaid with delicate cookie, a hint of citrus zest, attractive bouquet. Juicy, fine yellow tropical fruit aromas, underlaid with subtle sweetness, fine acidity, mineral finish, gastronomic style.
