Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Smoky, savoury nuances of Golden Delicious, Greengage and fresh plum, supported by hints of baked goods and delicate caramel. Aromatic on the palate, characterised by the long maturation period, vertical and multi-layered, dark nuances, creamy-silky texture, herbal-savoury and at the same time pleasant with precise freshness, mineral finish, shows great length and depth, something for a special occasion. (Deg. 7/22).
