Tasting Notes
This wine matured for over 15 months at a depth of 60 metres in the Atlantic Ocean. Light golden yellow, silver reflections. On the bouquet, initially a breeze of salt and iodine, underlaid with ripe fruit, nuances of verbena and a little cassis; a multilayered bouquet. Substantial, closely meshed palate, juicy fruit, integrated acidity, shows good length, mineral and taut, ethereal aromas on the back palate. A truly exceptional Champagne.
