Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow with silver reflections and a fine mousse. Nuances of iodine, a smoky minerality, mango, peach and apple on the nose, with the floral touch of hibiscus and verbena. Taut and tightly meshed on the palate with a core of yellow plum fruit, a racy acidity and mineral-salty finish. There's a fine fruity aftertaste, showcasing the individualistic character.
