Tasting from 30.09.2022: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Peter Moser

Bright golden yellow with orange reflections. Delicate aroma of redcurrant confit, red apple, rosehip and orange blossom, with air a hint of smoke and cookie. Elegant, juicy, whipped foam with a red-fruity aftertaste clings to the palate, relatively mild acidity with a creamy savoury note, very clear and linear structure, dark minerality. Needs air. Unconventional character with good certain ageing potential.
