Pale golden yellow with silver hues, a fine-pearly mousse. Subtle hints of biscuit and walnut, candied orange zest, yellow apple, some mango, a multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, elegant, with a well-integrated fruit sweetness, a refined acidity, good persistence, ripe tropical fruit and some apricot on the finish, a touch salty, blossom honey in the aftertaste, good length, with ageing potential.
