Tasting from 19.11.2020: Peter Moser

Light golden yellow, silver reflections; very fine, persistent mousse. Fine yellow tropical fruit, a touch of pineapple and papaya, fresh apple, a hint of orange zest. Juicy, elegant, a touch of white peach, delicate fruit expression, elegant texture, finesse, rich acidity, mineral-salty, very persistent. A taut, multi-faceted food wine with ageing potential.

More about the tasting

Shortcrust pastry, yeast pastry, almost a still wine nose, some black pear, quite dry on the palate, salty, medium-fine mousse, creamy and smooth in the centre of the palate, great volume for an extra brut, long fruity finish, almost strawberry in the aftertaste, peach. But then also a foamy, tactile component of lime. Very cultivated and at the same time quite bold in character.
