Medium salmon pink, copper reflections, very fine mousse. Delicate cherry and red forest berries, a hint of fresh strawberry, a hint of meadow herbs and candied orange zest. Taut, tightly meshed, white apple, freshly structured, mineral and full of finesse, remains persistent, delicately nutty on the finish, a multi-faceted food companion.
