Tasting Notes
Strong copper red, orange reflections, very fine, persistent mousse. Fine nuances of preserved cherry, cranberry, candied mandarin zest, a hint of herbs, mineral undertones. Taut, white apple, nuances of currant, lively acid structure, salty notes, lime on the finish, a finesse-rich style, good length and assured ageing potential, a dry, taut food companion.
