This sweet wine shows lots of black tea, candied citrus fruits and dried figs on the nose. Very versatile and complex. Sweet, even oily on the palate. A long finish on dried fruits such as figs and dates. Only at the end does a pleasant, fresh acidity prevail. A successful Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese from the Valais.
