Tasting Notes
In the past, the Rèze or Resi, as it is known in Valais, was widespread throughout the Alpine region. Today it is an exclusive rarity in the Upper Valais. It is one of the oldest varieties in Switzerland. Lots of fruit on the nose, with green apple, gooseberry and white flowers. Lively acidity on the palate, very light-footed and clear.
