Tasting Notes
Brilliant yellow gold with silver reflections. Multi-layered bouquet showing ripe yellow fruit, pear, golden delicious apple, a little pineapple, roasted nuts, nougat and yeast. The palate is juicy with delicate sweet seaweed and subtle tasty acidity, carefully matured with a mineral creamy mouthfeel, very fine bubbles, long finish. Hugely complex aftertaste with profound herbal savouriness.
