Tasting from 24.03.2017: Sautter, Ulrich

Yeasty, spicy aroma, bâtonnage, macadamia nut, dandelion. Powerful palate with melting and creaminess, an acidity that slowly rises out of the fullness and still closed palate aromas. Has a delicate extract sweetness that does not kitsch or unbalance the wine. Should develop into interesting spice - although mineral components are not in the foreground.
