Grapefruit, lemon peel, still slightly reductive tones, tangy-fresh palate with a fine acid nerve and a sweet counterweight in the style of a semi-dry German Riesling, with a salty undertone and thus additional tension, pointed mineral finish. Refined wine with elegance.
