Intense ruby garnet colour with purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Fresh blackberry confit, cherry compote, delicate hints of cloves and candied orange zest. Lean, fresh, ripe cherries, slightly savoury, mineral on the finish, uncomplicated, light-footed and pleasant to drink.

Dark garnet fading to purple at the rim. Black cherries, a hint of wild berries, a touch of herbs and vanilla. Juicy, medium complexity, fresh, nicely structured, mineral-salty finish; a balanced food companion with a fine chocolate finish.
