Tasting Notes
Deep ruby garnet, dark core, violet rim. Initially quite balsamic on the nose, bouillon, sweet dark berry confit, ethereal nuances, some eucalyptus and mint, persists very well in the glass with air. Elegant on the palate, salty-mineral component, good complexity, juicy and sweet, with fine berry fruit on the finish, fresh finish, still has good ageing potential.
