Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. Black fruits of the forest, hints of fresh currants, juniper, orange zest, savoury herbal notes and a subtle touch of oak. Juicy, red berries, tightly meshed, ripe cherries, vivid tannins with a long lasting mineral finish. Shows definite ageing potential, needs further bottle ageing.
