Tasting Notes
Dark ruby colour, purple reflections. Shows some restraint in the bouquet, dark berryish confit, a hint of wood and nougat, candied orange zest, tobacco-like herbal savouriness in the background. Deep, full-bodied and at the same time elegant, fine chocolatey texture, fine acid structure, balanced and with great length, still far from its peak, it is noticeably worth waiting a little longer. (PM, ageing, drinking +30, tasted Sept. 2025).
