Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, deep core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Nose of fresh heart cherries and cassis, underlaid with fine precious wood spice, delicate notes of licorice and nougat, very promising bouquet. Juicy, yet elegant and light-footed, red cherries, supporting, ripe tannins, mineral-salty finish, lingers for a long time, animating food wine, already attractive in its youth, will still benefit from bottle ageing. (PM 2/26, cellar, drink 2028 - 2050)
