Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 22.02.2023: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections, opaque core, faint ochre brightening on the rim. Herbal spice underlaid with ripe sweet cherry fruit, red berries, tobacco nuances, somewhat restrained nose overall. Mineral, dark berry fruit, good freshness, ripe tannins, some nougat on the finish, salty touch, balanced and persistent, has ageing potential.
