The sweet and dessert wine Symphonie de Haut-Peyraguey, vintage 2018 from the winery Château Clos Haut-Peyraguey has been rated in 2021 by Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Sauternes in France.
Light golden yellow with silver reflections. Delicate notes of blossom honey, ripe pear fruit, a hint of lanolin and white tropical fruit. Medium complexity on the palate with ripe notes of peach and mango, some honey and candied orange zest on the finish. Already developed and gluggable.
