Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Balsamic underlies dark berry high ripe fruit, blackberry jam, black cherry, almost liqueur-like in the fragrance and in the inkling of sweetness. On the palate two poles: an almost oily fund, and a high amount of fine-grained, dry tannin. Mild acidity, savoury finish with again high to overripe flavours. Very individualistic, texture and strength in the foreground.
