Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Very delicate pastel shade. Peppery from the aroma to the finish. Comparatively little fruit, but still a lot of content: weight, a trace of mellow tannin, good roundness, even slight viscosity, mild acidity, yet the wine does not seem broad by its extract, the almost Provençal structure holds together until the end on the long finish.
