Deep ruby, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Delicate farmyard nuances betray the Mourvèdre, dark forest berry, hints of dried fig, chocolate and tobacco, blueberries in the background, candied orange zest, but also floral nuances. Complex, shows a remarkably fresh acidity, silky tannins, salty and very long, appears incredibly light-footed, perfect to drink, now at its peak after 20 years.
