Tasting from 19.02.2014: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Closed and unapproachable. Eucalyptus and black fruit, barricaded in a fortress. Enormously compact and austere. Mocha, tar and iron. Blueberry and firm tannins. Enormous concentration on the palate, which demands a lot from the drinker and presumably only calms down to some extent in combination with a cassoulet.
