The red wine Les Amandiers de la Liquiere, vintage 2019 from the winery Château de la Liquière has been rated in 2026 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre from the region Faugères in France.
Spice opens the nose, dried herbs, chocolate, dark berries, black cherries, lilac, ethereal notes. Powerful on the palate with juicy fruit, fresh and with a fine-grained tannin structure, distinctive spiciness, supple and animating in structure, as a soloist and at the table.
