Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Inviting black forest berries on the nose, underlaid with fine herbal spices, delicate notes of nougat and banana, a hint of smoked bacon. Juicy, extract-sweet body, present tannins, a full-bodied food companion, medium length, has development potential.
