Smoky and yeasty, bâtonnage aromas, subtle oak spice and very subtle citrus varietal aromas. Creamy on the palate, soft and full-bodied, firm, ripe acid backbone, subtle substance underneath the texture, the yeasty aromas of the nose return on the finish. A must at the table with poultry.
