Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Black berry confit on the nose, delicate hints of cocoa, ripe plum fruit, fine herbal spice. Juicy, sweet black berry fruit, cloves, present tannins, full-bodied, rich in extract, sticks well, will benefit from further maturation in the bottle, chocolaty finish, candied oranges in the aftertaste.
