Tasting Notes

89
Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Dark berry fruit with a delicate balsamic background on the nose, fine ethereal nuances, some liquorice, delicate dried fruit. Full-bodied, delicately vegetal tannins that are still somewhat brittle, mineral, sweet extract on the finish, ripe sour cherry fruit on the finish, has ageing potential.
