Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate nuances of blackberry confit, cassis and fresh plum, subtle herbal savouriness, some wood, with orange zest in the background. Juicy, elegant, shows good complexity, freshness, mineral nuances on the finish, good certain ageing potential.
