Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink. Complex bouquet of raspberry, redcurrant and cherry, plus tobacco, Darjeeling tea, violets, pepper and garrigue. Noble wood brings nougat, marzipan, vanilla, toast, cream caramel and nut butter. Creamy, juicy, silky and precise on the palate, with a perfect balance of fruit, wood and minerality. Extremely long, with great ageing potential.
