Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, faint brightening on rim. Somewhat restrained, black wild berries, a hint of plum and liquorice, delicate noble wood nuances. Medium body, red cherry, discreet tannins, salty touch on the finish, strawberry confit in the aftertaste.
