Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Very ripe cherry, coctail cherry, some vanilla. Silky palate, mild and round flowing, subtle acidity, designed to be mild and round, yet not kitschy, although length and density are rather medium-bodied and there are also slight pyrazine notes.
