Tasting from 07.05.2008

Deep dark ruby garnet, almost opaque core, violet reflections. Delicately spicy nose with ethereal, minty notes of precious wood, delicate grapefruit zest, very complex bouquet. Juicy and sweet on the palate, very elegant texture, some cocoa and honey, well-integrated tannins, round and approachable, lingers well, just lacks a little length.
