Tasting Notes
Noble wood, some vanilla, speculoos, nutty. Behind this, floral and spicy notes, still quite closed except for a spicy Sauvignon note. Dense on the palate with taut acidity, noticeably barrique-influenced, with an incipient spicy development on the finish. Salty notes. More austere and sparse than a Pessac-Léognan.
