Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle ochre rim brightening. Delicate vanilla, black cherries and cassis, a hint of tobacco and graphite, multi-layered, inviting bouquet. Juicy, elegant, ripe heart cherries, integrated tannins, mineral-salty finish, some nougat, good length and ageing potential. Should mature for another two or three years, but is already drinkable.
