Tasting Notes

Tasting from 12.02.2016

Dark ruby, purple reflections, discreet bright rim. Delicate balsamic underlay, black berry confit, ethereal notes, subtle hints of mint and nougat. Juicy, dark fruit, fresh acid structure, firm and well-integrated tannins, some eucalyptus on the finish, it has almost Australian dimensions, good length, pronounced fruit on the finish, and it has secure ageing potential.
