Tasting Notes
Dark ruby-garnet colour with purple reflections. Initially restrained on the nose, with a hint of tar and dark chocolate and reductive air. Full-bodied and complex on the palate, with somewhat brittle tannins that appear a touch over-extracted. Chocolatey again on the finish, whicih lingers well. Overall it's a taut young wine with good ageing potential. (WeinArt, 8/2010).
