Tasting from 16.02.2022: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with a deep core, purple reflections and a hint of ochre rim brightening. Black cherries and some nougat in the herbal and spiced bouquet, with precious wood in the background. Full-bodied and elegant on the palate with a core of ripe plums and vivid woody spice. It's freshly structured with subtle nougat on the finish and a mineral aftertaste. Already well developed, a savoury food companion.

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. Fresh black forest berry confit, ripe cherries and blackberries, fine touch of noble wood, inviting bouquet. Complex, full-bodied, finely-meshed body, well integrated tannins, mineral, cherry touch at the beginning, will profit from ageing.
