Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet with a deep core, purple reflections and a hint of ochre rim brightening. Black cherries and some nougat in the herbal and spiced bouquet, with precious wood in the background. Full-bodied and elegant on the palate with a core of ripe plums and vivid woody spice. It's freshly structured with subtle nougat on the finish and a mineral aftertaste. Already well developed, a savoury food companion.

Fresh black forest berry confit, ripe cherries and blackberries, fine touch of noble wood, inviting bouquet.
