Tasting Notes
Rich golden. In the nose apple sauce, elderflower, somewhat buttery, very floral, slightly herbal-spicy, a hint of lovage, peppery. Smooth on the palate, creamy, broad and soft, very round and plump, creamy, medium density, somewhat rustic acidity, finally isolated tannins on the finish, limited in aromatic length, but still charming and harmonious with its concentrated sweet finish fruit.
