Dieser grossartige, erlesene Chasselas mit seiner schönen goldgelben Robe offenbart herrliche mineralische Noten sowie Aromen von Lindenblüten und Feuerstein, wie sie für das aussergewöhnliche Terroir dieser Appellation charakteristisch sind. Mit der Zeit entwickelt er Aromen von Honig, Quitte sowie Pfirsich und besticht durch seine beeindruckende Komplexität. Seine faszinierende Fülle am Gaumen verbindet fruchtige Süffigkeit mit einer angenehmen salzigen Spitze. Damit passt er hervorragend zu Fisch vom Grill oder in Sauce, zu hellem, nicht zu stark gewürztem Fleisch und zu Käsegerichten. Ausserdem ist er auch ein vorzüglicher Aperitifwein. Empfohlene Serviertemperatur: 10 °C.

Complex bouquet with notes of wet stone, Mirabelle plum, apple and apricot. Also hints of citrus fruit and papaya. Endowed with ripe acidity. Delicate and full-bodied in its own way. Aromas of yellow stone fruit, citrus and apple as well as mineral and salty notes. Long finish on green apple.
