Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Balsamic, herbal and spicy aroma with a hint of wood (nutty-chocolate). Silky-melted palate, round and creamy, very mild acidity, remains homogeneous on the palate for a long time, yet has plenty of substance despite its roundness and suppleness.
