The palate is juicy, complex and tightly meshed, with fine sweetness, ripe, powerful tannins, relatively pronounced acidity, mineral and persistent, some nougat on the finish, salty, full-bodied and at the same time a food wine full of finesse and cool charm, with certain ageing potential.
